If you have a current QuickBooks Online subscription, adding us as an account is quick and easy!
If you are new to QuickBooks, don't worry.  We will guide you through the setup process.
A one-time setup fee may apply for new users or those converting from QuickBooks desktop.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a quickbooks online subscription cost
A subscription to QuickBooks Online is a separate cost from our bookkeeping service.  You can click here to find out Intuit's current price for QuickBooks Online.   You have two choices to pay for your QuickBooks Online subscription.  You can either maintain the subscription directly with Intuit, or you can have us include the subscription in your monthly invoices with us.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Absolutely not!   We charge a fixed monthly price with no commitments.  You can cancel by contacting us here.  Please give us 30 days notice of cancellation.
 If I cancel bookkeeping, do I still have access to Quickbooks online?
Yes.  Your QuickBooks subscription is provided by Intuit.  If you pay for your subscription directly to Intuit, no action is required by you other than continuing to pay Intuit's monthly fee for the subscription.

If we include the price of your QB online subscription with your bookkeeping, we will switch the billing method back to you directly and you will be responsible for paying the cost of QuickBooks Online to Intuit going forward.

Can you coordinate with my other advisors such as my cpa, attorney, or financial advisor?
Absolutely!  A team approach to your financial well being is best for you.  We don't compete with your other advisors, rather we work with them.  We are not licenses legal, tax, or financial advisors.

Will I be locked into a contract?
No.  We do not lock you into contract.  You can cancel free of charge at anytime.  We kindly ask you to give a 30 day notice if cancelling.

We do require you to sign a bookkeeping service agreement, which outlines the services provided.
What is my RESPONSIBILITY as a client?
As a client, it is your responsibility to:
  • Provide us with monthly statements for reconciliation such as bank, credit card, loans, payroll, other assets, and other liabilities.
  • Client is responsible for the accuracy all information provided
  • ​Client is responsible for record keeping and maintaining documentation for substantiating all items of income, expenses and deductions.
